Recipe: Spinach and Feta Muffins

To enjoy without moderation!



  • 200g feta
  • 150g frozen spinach
  • 250g flour
  • 3 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 8cl olive oil
  • 30cl skimmed milk



  1. Thaw the spinach and cut the feta into small cubes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour, milk, salt and yeast in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix with the spinach and olive oil. Combine the two mixtures and then add the feta.
  4. Pour the mixture equally into a muffin tray and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot!
